Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları
Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) karşı tutumumuz, bir şüpheyi nasıl bildireceğin ve bildirimden sonra ne yaptığımız.

Kapsam
Bu standartlar, Google Play’de “S.H.E. Club: Kadın Topluluğu” adıyla ve App Store’da yayınlanan Sheplus / S.H.E. Club mobil uygulamasını (paket adı com.sheplus.app) ve sheplus.club sitesini kapsar. Uygulamadaki gönderi, yorum, anket, etkinlik ve profil gibi tüm kullanıcı içerikleri için geçerlidir.
Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne sıfır tolerans
Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsü (CSAE) uygulamamızda kesinlikle yasaktır. Buna şunlar dahildir: çocuk cinsel istismarı materyali (CSAM) paylaşmak, istemek, saklamak veya bağlantısını vermek; bir çocuğa cinsel amaçla yaklaşmak ya da güvenini kazanmaya çalışmak (grooming); bir çocuğu görüntüleriyle tehdit etmek veya şantaj yapmak (sextortion); çocuk ticaretine aracılık etmek; çizim, kurgu veya yapay zekâ ile üretilmiş olsa bile çocukları cinselleştiren her türlü içerik. Şaka, sanat veya kurgu gerekçesi kabul edilmez.
Yaş sınırı
S.H.E. Club yalnızca 18 yaşını doldurmuş kadınlara açık bir topluluktur ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. 18 yaşından küçük olduğu anlaşılan bir başvuru onaylanmaz; böyle bir hesap, nasıl açılmış olursa olsun kapatılır ve verileri silinir.
Nasıl bildirirsin
Uygulama içinde her gönderi ve yorumun yanındaki menüden “Şikayet Et” seçeneğiyle içeriği moderatörlere bildirebilir, ilgili üyeyi engelleyebilirsin. Üye olmasan bile sheplusclub@gmail.com adresine “Çocuk Güvenliği” konusuyla yazabilirsin; varsa içeriğin bağlantısını veya kullanıcı adını ekle. Bir çocuk şu anda tehlikedeyse önce 112’yi ara.
Bildirime ne yaparız
Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili bildirimler diğer tüm şikayetlerin önüne alınır ve en geç 24 saat içinde incelenir. CSAE içeren içerik derhal kaldırılır, paylaşan hesap kalıcı olarak kapatılır ve bu kişi topluluğa yeniden kabul edilmez. Yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirebilmek için içerik, hesap bilgileri ve zaman kayıtları erişimi kısıtlı biçimde saklanır ve yalnızca yetkili makamlarla paylaşılır; içerik hiçbir koşulda başka üyelere gösterilmez veya iletilmez.
Yetkililere bildirim ve yasal uyum
Türkiye’de yürürlükteki çocuk güvenliği mevzuatına, özellikle Türk Ceza Kanunu’nun çocukların cinsel istismarı (m. 103) ve müstehcenlik (m. 226) hükümlerine ve 5651 sayılı Kanun’a uyarız. Tespit ettiğimiz CSAM ve CSAE vakalarını Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Daire Başkanlığı’na ve İhbar Web’e, gerektiğinde uluslararası NCMEC CyberTipline’a bildiririz. Kolluk ve yargı makamlarının usulüne uygun taleplerine işbirliğiyle yanıt veririz.
Önleme
S.H.E. Club kapalı bir topluluktur: içeriği yalnızca onaylı üyeler görür ve moderatörler içerikleri, etkinlikleri ve üyelikleri denetler. Her üye istediği kişiyi engelleyebilir, her içerik şikayet edilebilir. Moderatörler bu standartları bilir ve şüpheli bir durumu nasıl ele alacaklarını bu sayfadaki adımlara göre yürütür.

Child Safety Standards
Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how to report a concern, and what we do after a report.

Scope
These standards apply to the Sheplus / S.H.E. Club mobile app, published on Google Play as “S.H.E. Club: Kadın Topluluğu” and on the App Store (package name com.sheplus.app), and to the sheplus.club website. They cover all user content: posts, comments, polls, events and profiles.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing, requesting, storing or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM); approaching or grooming a child for sexual purposes; sextortion of a child; facilitating child trafficking; and any content that sexualises children, including drawn, fictional or AI-generated content. No exception is made for humour, art or fiction.
Age requirement
S.H.E. Club is a community for women aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. An application from anyone found to be under 18 is not approved, and any such account, however it was created, is closed and its data deleted.
How to report
In the app, use “Şikayet Et” (Report) in the menu next to any post or comment to send it to our moderators, and block the member involved. Anyone, member or not, can email sheplusclub@gmail.com with the subject “Child Safety”, including a link or username if available. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 (emergency services in Türkiye) first.
What we do with a report
Child safety reports take priority over every other report and are reviewed within 24 hours at the latest. Content involving CSAE is removed immediately, the account that posted it is permanently closed and the person is not readmitted. To meet our legal obligations, the content, account details and timestamps are preserved under restricted access and shared only with competent authorities; the content is never shown or forwarded to other members.
Reporting to authorities and legal compliance
We comply with child safety laws in Türkiye, in particular the Turkish Penal Code provisions on child sexual abuse (Art. 103) and obscenity (Art. 226), and Law No. 5651. We report CSAM and CSAE we become aware of to the Turkish National Police Cybercrime Department and the İhbar Web hotline, and where appropriate to the NCMEC CyberTipline. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and judicial authorities.
Prevention
S.H.E. Club is a closed community: content is visible only to approved members, and moderators oversee content, events and memberships. Every member can block anyone, and every piece of content can be reported. Moderators know these standards and handle any suspected case by the steps on this page.
